Why does my design show "NAME" and "00" instead of the information I entered?

Good news - this is normal!

Because the "names and numbers" function is usually used to add unique information to each shirt on the order (for example, for a team), our system will show "Name" and "00" as placeholders for that information. What goes onto the shirts will match the list you've provided in the design studio.
